The quality of a professional appraisal depends on the appraiser's expertise and ethical standards. All appraisals performed by Allison D. Gee, M.A., A.S.A. are legal documents which conform to the 2012-2013 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and the Code of Ethics of the American Society of Appraisers.
